Parameters for Arterial Input Functions

Specification of parameters for arterial input functions (AIFs)

aifParameters(type, user = NULL)

Arguments

type

is one of the following character strings associated with an AIF:

  • tofts.kermode

  • fritz.hansen

  • orton.exp

  • orton.cos

  • user

  • empirical
user

is a vector of estimated AIF parameters or the empirical AIF values.

Value

A vector of parameter values that are appropriate for the model selected.
