T1-weighted image/filename
outdir

Output directory
num_templates

Number of templates to use for MALF
interpolator

interpolation done in registration

Transformation to align the templates to the T1

Print diagnostic messages
malf_prob_function

Function for MALF combination for probability.
malf_label_function

Function for MALF combination for labeling.
force_registration

Should the MALF registrations be re-run if they already exist?
