Wrapper for Computing Outputs into image — camino_compute

Wraps around camino_compute and camino_voxel2image to compute the output then make it back into an image

camino_compute_img(infile, header, retimg = TRUE, ...)

Arguments

infile	Output from `camino_modelfit`
header	NIfTI image for header information to pass to `camino_voxel2image`
retimg	Should an image be returned? This will be read in using `readnii`
...	additional arguments to pass to `camino_compute`
