Get range of an image — fslrange • fslr

This function calls fslstats -R to get the range of an image or fslstats -r to get the robust range

fslrange(file, robust = FALSE, verbose = TRUE, ts = FALSE, ...)

Arguments

file	(character) filename of image to be checked
robust	(logical) Should the range be robust (`-r`)
verbose	(logical) print out command before running
ts	(logical) is the series a timeseries (4D), invoking `-t` option
...	options passed to `checkimg`

numeric vector of length 2
