Get Neighborhood Matrix of Indices from an Image

This function wraps the neighborhood to get the matrix of data in the format of array indices (not values of data)

neighborhood_index(img, ...)

Arguments

img	Object of class nifti, character or antsImage
...	arguments other than get.gradient passed to getNeighborhoodInMask

List similar to the output of neighborhood
