reflectImage

reflects an image along its axis

reflectImage(img1, axis = NA, tx = NA, metric = "mattes", verbose = TRUE, ...)

Arguments

img1	input object, an antsImage
axis	which dimension to reflect across, numbered from 0 to imageDimension-1
tx	transformation type to estimate after reflection
metric	similarity metric for image registration. see antsRegistration.
verbose	print diagnostic messages, passed to antsRegistration and antsApplyTransforms
...	Additional options to pass to antsRegistration
