initializeSimlr.RdFour initialization approaches for simlr. Returns either a single matrix
derived from dimensionality reduction on all matrices
(jointReduction=TRUE) or a list of reduced
dimensionality matrices, one for each input. Either PCA or ICA can be used
as the reduction method.
